Plans belong to your Apple Account. Open Menu, then Subscription, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.

Apple manages subscriptions. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose moni. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, or of your free trial. If you’ve bought moni Forever, cancel your subscription there too, so it isn’t charged again.

Refunds are handled by Apple, and we can’t issue them ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

With iCloud sync (on paid plans), install moni on the new iPhone, signed in to the same Apple Account, and your data appears by itself. Or move it by hand: on your old iPhone, open Menu, then Export & import, and export a moni backup. Send the file to your new iPhone, for example with AirDrop, and tap it to open it in moni. On a brand-new moni, choose “I have my data” on the welcome screen.

We’re sorry, but no. Your data lives on your iPhone, and in your own iCloud if you sync, never on our servers, so we have nothing to restore it from. To keep it safe, turn on iCloud sync (on paid plans): it keeps your data in your iCloud, always up to date, instantly. Or export a moni backup file yourself from time to time.

Scanning needs an internet connection, and it’s offered only in countries where our AI partner operates. Each plan includes a number of scans a month; when they run out, you can still add transactions by hand.
